Episode 201.  Humburto Noble Alexander was a political prisioner in Cuba for nearly a generation.  At one point he was imprisoned for months on end in a short wooden box with six other men, unable to stand, and having to spend days sitting in their own excrement without cleanings, baths or showers.

This is his story of how he found Power to Cope with these horrible circumstances.
